What is e-pact ™?
Primarily, e-pact™ is an application for storing information about your assets (e.g. household items, properties, collectibles) in case of a fire, flood or other unforeseen event that would cause the loss of these items. No more having to guess at what assets you had and their value, e-pact™ allows you to generate reports for insurance replacement with just the click of a button. e-pact is also a household management tool. With features like the schedule center, to keep track of important dates, the document center, to store your important documents in a safe secure place, the password keeper to keep all of your passwords in one easy to access application, and the checklist center, to use and create checklists for important household tasks.
HOW MUCH DOES e-pact ™ COST?
e-pact™ is a free service.
IS THERE A SETUP FEE?
No. We do not charge any setup fee.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may cancel your subscription to e-pact ™ at any time. To cancel your subscription login to your e-pact account and click the user support link at the top. Then select cancel my subscription and fill out the short cancellation form.
IS THERE ANY SOFTWARE TO DOWNLOAD?
No. There is never any software to buy or download and you never have to worry about purchasing upgrades. e-pact ™ is cloud computing (software you use over the internet). An advantage of web-based software is that your data is safely stored and accessible over the web from any computer at any time. This is imperative if your home or computer has been destroyed because of a disaster. You don't have to worry, all your data is safe with us!
IS THERE A FILE SIZE LIMIT ON DOCUMENTS?
e-pact™ is not intended as a primary place to store documents and files. The document center was created as a convenient add on. We ask that you limit the file size of documents that you store. Each user is given 10 mb of space to store their documents.
HOW SECURE IS MY DATA?
We utilize multi-tiered security measures to ensure the physical security of your data, including 24/7/365 professional security, video surveillance, biometric retinal scanning, and a man-trap entry point. Your data is protected with 256 bit encryption and a fully functional secure socket layer. All traffic on the site flows behind an enterprise-class firewall.
IF I CANCEL WILL MY DATA BE LOST?
We will hold your data for 90 days. After that time your information will be deleted from our servers. If you would like to re-activate your account within 90 days your data will still be available.
DOES e-pact ™ REQUIRE ANY TRAINING?
No. e-pact™ is so easy to use there is no training required. If you need assistance with using the product we have a support section built into the application for your convenience.
